SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use standard shipping service and currently, we only ship within the United States.
Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours Monday thru Friday subject to payment and availability. Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers will be emailed to you directly.
Shipping fee will be waived for orders $50 and above.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order at email@example.com. Please make sure to include your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Masks cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
Include original receipt/invoice when sending the package. Items must be shipped within 14 days of return/exchange confirmation.
All item(s) should be in its original packaging to ensure items don’t get damaged during transit.
Shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
Not a must, but if you could share the tracking details, it will help speed up the return/exchange process.
